Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 72 hours from the date of receipt, depending on the product and delivery location.
Delivery Timeframe: Customers can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to the destination address.
Shipping Partners: Deliveries are made through third-party courier and logistics companies, including major services like BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.
Delivery Hours: Orders are generally delivered between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Signature Requirement: A signature upon delivery is mandatory. The store is not responsible for goods signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order.

Free Shipping: Orders totaling ₹750 or more are eligible for free delivery.

Packaging: Products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Condition: Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer care on the day of delivery. The shortage should also be noted and signed for on the proof of delivery.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are not accepted.
