No Returns on Opened Products: Once products are delivered and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, no return, refund, or exchange is possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an item not as per your original order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in saleable condition.

Required Documentation: Returns must include the original receipt/invoice and a return/exchange authorization number.

🔄 Replacement Policy

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, inform the store within 2 business days. Return the product in its original packing within 7 days of delivery. The courier expense will be borne by the store, and after confirmation, the original product will be dispatched within 4-5 business days.

Order Cancellation by Store: The store reserves the right to cancel any accepted order before shipment if there are issues with payment approval or other problems. In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided, which may take around 7 business days depending on individual bank policies.
